The proposal includes:

- 1 relaxing massage or facial treatment
- Guided tour in the Venice
- Cooking with local products business
- 1 ½ hours / day of relaxation or meditation or Nordic walking with Angelika
- 7 nights in the magical atmosphere of the Venetian lagoon with a breakfast buffet of homemade cakes and jams
- 7 dinners with meat products and fish from the lagoon

The courses are followed by Angelika relaxation of Stuttgart (Germany) as Alfa-coach trainer in stress management seminars, offers a wide range in individual sectors of the movement, fitness, Nordic walking, stress management and relaxation.
Objective: To contribute to the increase in well with this program, improving the efficiency and the maintenance of health and joy of living.
The course is taught with up to 9 people.
