Our typical cuisine, establishes all its activities on breeding and farming. Our dishes are on farmhouse’s daily products, to grant an high quality product, identified as a typical certified regional product. La Barena makes up typical products, strength connected to the land as violet artichoke or giuggiole and all the seasonal local vegetables. Aquiculture in seawater, plays a prominent rule: fishes as “cefalo”, “ghiozzo”, “acquatella”, shrimps and crabs are all produced here in our farm. There’s no lack of farmyard animal’s breeding as mandarin duck (locally known as “germano reale”) and cock.
